I've always loved Castles Made of Sand by Jimi Hendrix...but then again, I love just about all of his albums.
Stevie Ray Vaughn is allright. Texas Flood and Pride and Joy are good songs...

the best Jimi Hendirx song is "red house" and the best recordings of any of his music are bootleg. there's no comparison to the studio crap. his live performance when he didn't know he was being recorded is absolutely AMAZING. SRV is not an imitator. he had a distinctly different style from Jimi. rest their souls in ROCK HEAVEN!

Little Wing for both. SRV's is instrumental but is one of the best palyed songs ever! Voodoo Chile for both. uhmmm....jimi - castles made of sand, purple haze, red house, hear my train comin', catfish blues, voodoo chile blues, jam 292. SRV - couldnt stand the weather, texas flood, leave my girl alone, tin pan alley, cold shot, aint gone and give up on love, lenny, pride n joy, say what?, riveria paradise.
