Yeah I spent 3 days looking for my wedding ring and gave up. Next time I cleaned the fish tank filter I figured out that 2 year olds think fish like shiny things.
I know it's not the answer your after but I like telling dumb stories.

Yes! I found my ATM money in the refrigerator once! I forgot I'd left it in the grocery bag!
