A few months ago while I was in Florida I walked back to my truck after school around 4:00 pm. It started but then immediatly stalled out after about 1 second of the engine running. I tryed starting it again several times and right after the engine caught it would just stall out.

Anyway, I had to get it towed to a shop; they looked at it for a few minutes didn't know what was wrong but told me they would fix it first thing in the morning since they were getting ready to close. I got a call first thing in the morning after they looked at it and they said it started right up for them. They put my truck on the computer and there were no problems that showed up. It just suddenly started working.

Can anyone tell me what in the world happened. Its been running fine for the last 5 months now, and knowone knows why my truck wouldn't start for just that one afternoon.

you fairly, fairly need somebody to coach you what you're doing, as there are an outstanding many Rookie blunders you additionally could make which will only dishearten you and land you great-invoice$ to place good! the biggest subject right it is that automobiles want frequently happening SERVICING, it is around each and every six months or 5,000 or 6,000 miles, besides as a greater in touch one at 10,000 or 12,000 miles. the common acts are to alter the oil and oil-filter out, the air-filter out element, the distributor-cap and rotor-arm, the HT-leads, the spark-plugs (which ought to be 'gapped' to wholesome the engine and ignition gadget). i will settle for that issues exchange, and a few greater cutting-area automobiles have new platforms which get rid of lots of the above reported products. Frankly, do no longer vaguely purpose to 'fix-up automobiles' - get one motor vehicle, and discover a Haynes handbook for it - study to do each and all the servicing this is going to take, and learn how to any extent further distinctive artwork or upkeep you ought to advance and guard it. sturdy success.
