Depends. If I am going to go for a jog, I'll listen to running cadence used by the military. If you have itunes you can here a sample there
an example would be Run me some more, or C130 rollin' down the strip another example would be titled Training Montage used in the movie Rocky. Actually any of the songs from Rocky is good.
But in the end it depends on you and what makes you feel comfortable. If you like a song that gets you motivated then listen to that. Hope my comments helps out
