I think its something that is inside of you and though you can become stronger I don't think it is something that can be taught. It just grows through experience.

Myself or should I give credit to my attackers, because it came from self preservation.
After going through some extremely traumatic events and surviving them...I learned how much strength and courage I really had.

My mother. She lived in Germany during WWII and she is one of the strongest, bravest and most encouraging women I have ever known. She motivates me to keep on going.

Excellent question, my mother did. My mom was such a fighter, she was never a quitter. I have the same drive. Sometimes I go overboard, but it has gotten me far. I love my mother for that!

My mother! She has always been there for me no matter what and loves me for who I am and supports everything I do. Her mother was the same way and I am a very lucky girl!
