ONLY if God told me to. Not really into the whole pain thing so I would have to be made to do so, and only God is that powerful.

What makes you think people are worth dying for? Why is everyone so tied up in knots over their perceived sins. It seems to me that if you live a good life, regardless of your mistakes, you will make out just fine, regardless of your sins or invented tabboos.

There is one Sin - Thou shalt Not Steal.

That is it, if you don't steal life, money, innocence, hope or property...if you just live well...some comic hero won't have to hang himself upon a billboard of amok and dissolution because he never bothered to write his messages down, depending on others to do so...

Crucifixion is such a silly fixation...when you think about the fact that it is a criminal fate of the ancient world...

Woud you die in an iron maiden for all our sins?
Woud you die in an oubliette for all our sins?
Woud you die on the rack for all our sins?

Methods of death are so trivial when considering the weight of human frivolity, deviancy and evil...

There are 3 pieces of Biblical evidence that join to one conclusion - that Jesus detested the practice of live sacrifice.

1. In Isaiah we are told (by The Lord) that he 'hateth' the practice of animal sacrifice. 'Men' have interpreted this to be other than what it actually says.

2. The incident where Jesus cleaned house at the temple with the money changers (who where involved in the practices of animal sacrifice) shows no love for the practices or corruptions associated with them.

3. The Last Supper. Jesus gives the Apostles a substitute for sacrifice that doesn't involve killing animals.

To propose that on Thursday night he is teaching bloodless and on Friday he is offering himself as a blood sacrifice is - moronic.

Animals may be killed for only two reasons. 1. Food. 2. Health (either of the animal or of human populations).

If Jesus died for 'our' sins, it follows that all Christians are already 'saved'. Thus there is no need for a judgement. However, the Bible is very clear to the point that there 'is' a judgement. It follows that no one has been 'saved'. This wasn't Jesus' job. His task was to teach and teaching by example is still the best means of instruction. You save yourself from your sins.

believe in originality. I won't like to die on the cross even for my own sins. I still wonder why Jesus dies for our sins. Any chance that he is being misquoted?

:)
I am with sin...
So, it is useless for me to die on the cross and bear all human sins. God wont accept it!!

Furthermore, Jesus has done it...

So, why die for all human sins anymore? He did that, and that's for everybody!! :)

And.. yes, i dont want (if there is still possibility to do that..)
Dont know the reason...
not ready maybe..
:)

No, but I would die on the cross if it would convince the world that spell check is important.

The whole concept of it is very weird, and I would inquire into how that could scientifically make sense before volunteering.

Nah, unfortunately for you. Your sins aren't my problem. I'm smart, I like to keep my life.

Sorry, but Jesus isn't my #1 homeboy.

No need, Jesus aleady did, because He loves us so much. All we need to do is be sorry for our sins and pray to God about them. God doesn't want us killing ourselves.

No. That was already done by Jesus Christ. He has paid for all your sins. Odd question......
