i only shut it when im not in my own home....

I do. Ever ince i woke up in the morning and i was having breakfest and there was a stranger looking through my back door window masterbating, i lock it when i am home alone when i and just sitting on the couch. It keeps me safe. Even though thi guy is put into jail for doing this. He is a 40 eayr old man who lived down the street but I am still scared to death.

Sometimes but I usually only close it halfway. If I close it all the way, the cats pry it open and walk in anyway. If I lock it, they scratch at the door and the sounds drives me crazy.
