There was a show in the 80's (I think) it was about a family that went to Egypt for vacation and while they were on a tour inside a pyramid, they were magically (I guess) sent to another world or alternative earth.

There was a show in the 90's called "Land of the Lost" where a family was on vacation and got sent back to when there were dinasours.
