It's hard to tell from your question if you mean television programs for children, or documentaries about reproduction and birth.

Either way, I think that it is fine. Although you won't get much benefit from watching shows for children, if they're fun and relaxing, why not? Could help to de-stress, at least...

And as for shows regarding reproduction and childbirth, I think they will teach you a lot about your body and the complications that can arise in childbirth, leading teenagers to really think through their choices when it comes to sex.

it depends on your intentions. i do and im a teen but dont if your going to get the wrong idea. like haveing one at this age. dont make that mistake. but sure you can if your just watching it for the right reasons. like you like kids or something like that.
