Why do blacks want to be looked at as equal in normal situations, however when they do something good they want to be separated and tagged as the first black________? (coaches in the superbowl? why cant they let racism die. I think they are the ones who are truly racist.

Maybe by highlighting the good things they want to promote equality to all other blacks? I know it happens a lot here (the UK)?

Racism can never really truelly die unless all races come together and there is only one colour. Can that happen? Will that ever happen? I doubt it!

Plus, as long as there is history lessons in schools, kids will always be taught about racism thus making it impossible to forget.

Ummm not only black do that. Any other race besides caucasin does that. the first mexican/hispanic or the first asian. It's not just AAs. It's called an accomplishment because only white/caucasin have had that position and when anyone other than that race gets the job or whatever it's considered an accomplishment for their race. It's trying to equal up to the white/caucasin race because everyone says we're all equal but when it comes down to it we're not all treated equal despite what you think. I don't see why everyone cares about race so much anyways...that's not the most important thing in a person anyways.

see you need to take your racist goggles off. I don't recall Lubby Smith or Tony Dungy mentioning anything about beoing the first black head coaches in the superbowl, that question was posed to them by the white controled media. Ad the fact that in this day and age that there is a first black anything is proof that discrimination is real.

If it makes them feel special, why should anyone care? It's just like giving special praise to a retarded child to make him feel good about himself. If you just learn to let it go and ignore their constant need for attention, you'll be a better person.
