Easier for tourists, for businessmen, international activities, etc etc. Human race would be like one, probably we started off like this thousands of years ago. With modern technologies we can improve on it, and use them for sms, video conferences and so on.

"sign language" is another language, like German, French, Italian, English. Language is "compulsory" in some schools and used to be compulsory to get into college. Most people I know took languages in both high school and college. Other countries learn more languages than we do. Nevertheless "sign language" should be a choice and not compulsory, but should be included in the choice of languages in high school and college. There are many technological ways to communicate already.
For me anyway, when a person can't talk, or can talk some then pointing, showing and writing, etc. is used, the same way as any ESL teacher (like me) would use to communicate with someone learning a new language.

Truthfully I feel made to do anything isn't a fair question.
This is why our for fathers fought for freedom, don't u think
we have to many rules now as it is? The United States is starting
to feel more like eastern europe than what we should be.
Answer to question no, why not make everything British or Spanish. Polish, I understand what u are saying but why do we
as Americans have to keep changing for everyone else! If they
are here they need to follow our way of life, this includes the
hearing impared. Our children need to learn useful skills! Like anything it could be offered as a choice, but not main stream.
P.S. My grandson is two and deaf. But I feel why should i put
problems on other children because he's deaf. i love him
to pieces but I need to give him the skills to deal with the
real world, not make everybody else change.
We have come along way, but forcing people like u suggest
is not the answer.

That is a good idea. But, the problem, every social/linguistic group has a mad love for their own language and they do not want to give up their language. Sign language is a good substitute for any other artificial imposition of an alien language.

i've got continually theory it is going to be. little ones %. up any language actual at a youthful age. initiate in kindergarten. Then all the deaf human beings won't experience so faraway from society. it fairly is not honest for them. enable's get Congress to bypass a bill. (in the event that they have time between pay will improve)

ok, it looks like no one has pointed this out yet - american sign language, and other sign languages from other parts of the world, are not all the same language. di dyou know that? so it woudl still be difficult for a french person to communicte with an american person in sign language. also not everyone is coordinated like that. myself i am trilingual with perfect accent, but i am incapable (despite having tried) of spelling my name in sign language. its not for everyone, i´m saying. although the idea of esperanto ( the universal made-up language ) is promising and has easy grammar, so i am told.

so tht means we all woudl learn it right, now what about arabic and spanish and french and ect. to many langs to learn. we should all stand as a human race regardless of how we communicate. screw the race battle cause were all the human race. screw the religion battle cause we all have the right to decide which one is best for us accept it not fight it and dont force it cause you think your right. shouldnt have to have a reason to stand together we should just do it and rid our selfs of the nasty words war and fight.

you think right because we can say everyone about what we want to say by sign language.I think it is necessary for life.
