Can someone solve this for me?? I cant solve it. Also if you can explain it to me that would be nice. It's suppose be like a math problem.

Liar, always lies
Truth-teller, always tells the truth
Ambiguous, sometimes lie, sometimes tell the truth

First person: I'm the ambiguous one.
Second person: That's not true.
Thrid person: I'm not the ambiguous one.

I've came to the point that it's one fo these 3 answers, hopefully.
1. liar, 2. Ambiguous, 3. Truth-teller.

1. Ambiguous, 2. Liar, 3. Truth-teller.

1. Liar, 2. Truth-teller, 3. Ambigous.

Well... lets see...

The Truth-Teller can't be #1 because that would be a lie if he was.

The Liar can't be #3 because that would be telling the truth.

So I think that the answer is:

1)Liar
2)Ambiguous
3)Truth-teller

... maybe that logic still doesn't make sense... man, this is gonna bug me all day now!

(revision: The two points I made earlier are the only things that can be held as true. The rest depends on the who actually is who. I think that all three of your answers can be correct and see no possible way of narrowing it down any further. Please do post if you come up with an answer, though! It's really killing me!!)

This indeed is a toughy. The truth-teller must be 2 or 3. The liar could be any of the three. The ambigous one could be any of the three as well. I hope I'm reading this right. If you end up finding the answer, please share, you've got me interested. Goodluck.

All three of those are possible so i don't see how it can be narrowed down further.
