It's noon here. I've been up since 6pm yesterday because my sleep schedule got thrown way off because of my new medication. I need to stay awake for at least another 8 or 9 hours so I can get back on track. I keep drinking coffee but I'm getting very irritable. I have to be somewhere at 6:30 tonight but I will have hit the 'awake for 24 hours' mark by then. I hope I can make it and don't choose to take a 'quick nap' and end up sleeping for 12 hours and missing my appointment.

How nice to be asked, thankyou. Its very cold wet and windy here so I have been trying to avoid getting soaked whilst waiting for buses! I took my gorgeous dog for a long walk and we just had great fun bathing her, I don't know who got the most bubbles all over them, her or me. Now I am waiting to show someone around my flat, as I am moving soon, then I think I will curl up in front of the tv. Hope your day was ok.

Nothing out of the ordinary,Climbed on to the train from hell on the way to work, had to swim through the shark infested waters at work and had to deal with the cashier from hell at the local supermarket, other than that, just an ordinary day really.

Ok, thanks. Started at 8am and left for the weekend at 2.45pm. I'm looking forward to a nice, quiet weekend after sitting and shouting with 60,128 people at the Emirates Stadium last week (Arsenal v Man U). How about you, Alex W?
