Mister Cool, the only thing I would do is talk to your best friend and ask him why he would cheat on his wife. Otherwise, do not tell his wife.

Not unless I was directly asked. I'm a firm believer that one should mind one's own business. However, I am against lying.
Also, I may be approaching the wife to tell her that her husband is cheating and then she is in the uncomfortable position to tell me they are in an open marriage. Or she already knows and doesn't care. Or the raving madness of a woman who didn't know and now attacks the messenger.
So I would say NOTHING until directly asked. Flipping the question around, would I want to be told. No, I wouldn't, but I would expect the truth if I asked.

I would tell your best friend you know, if he dosen't know you know and, if that his wife should ever ask you if he is cheating on her, your not going to cover for him.

I mean really, you tell her and then what...sit and watch the divorce. You think it'd make him stop???? Its none of your business ultamately.
Speak to him. Let him know you do not appreciate it and tell him to keep you far the hell from it!!!!!
It sucks when we witness immorality BUT unless you are going to be responsible to this women when you blow her world wide open, I suggest you let her discover it on her own.

Would you want somebody to tell you if your girlfriend or wife is cheating on you? He's your bestfriend...tell him to tell her or stop doing it because he's losing your respect.

No. Why? What's gonna happen when your friend convinces her it's not true? You are going to be the bad one. What's going to happen if they split? You are going to be the bad one.
So, if you are 100% positive he is cheating, tell him you know.
