If you mean, you don't know how: right-click somewhere on the screen, and fetch the little window, "Display Properties", then click the tab "Settings" and play with the various items there. If you mean, "that don't work right", then if you don't get help from downloading new "drivers" from the manufacturer of your monitor, I'm afraid I don't know how to help...

If it is at work, it might not be available to users. I know we do not let people see the tab to change the resloution. We hide it.
