2 items- Lap top w/wireless connection & an airconditioner
1 crate- going to have to take a crate of oreo's .. that Island natives love the double stuff ones..
1-comfort- toothbrush. no contest, after all those oreo's are you kidding me, I mean have you seen the dentist office on the island, its like it is run by a bunch of animals.
2 clothes- It would have to be shorts and a Santa suit, you have to keep the dream alive for the youngsters on the island.

Electrical items would be a HAM Radio and a GPS transponder so that I can be found pronto.
Edible item would have to be beef jerky - it lasts a long time and doesn't really go bad.
Comfort item would be an umbrella... on a desert island there would be no shade so this would be needed to prevent severe sunburns and heat exposure.
Rather than bringing an extra bit of clothing I'd rather bring like a water filter to turn the salt water into drinkable form.

I'm unsure of what you mean by home comfort, but it is hard to go wrong with a good sleeping bag.
Items to change into:
Assuming that I also get to keep the clothes on my back which would likely consist of a pair of jeans, shirt, tennis shoes, socks and under ware;
1 pair of insulated coveralls

2 Electrical Items- An electric powered boat and a GPS navigation unit
1 Crate of MRE's (Meals ready to eat)
1 "comfort" item (Southern Comfort)
2 Items to change into: A top and pair of pants suitable for nightclubbing:
Using the boat equipped w/ GPS, I return to the mainland. I remain nourished with military grade MRE's. Upon arrival, I change into my nightclub gear. There should be media coverage, so I probably won't have to worry about the cover charge. And you should know what the bottle of Southern Comfort is for!
