I believe that any one of us can feel "love" for any number of ppl at the same time but during this time we are not "in love" with even ONE of them. If it's true love, the commitment kind of love, the IN LOVE type ur really wanting? Drop them BOTH & keep searching. If it's just a booty call ur lookin for...then yes, keep them both and add a few more, why don't ya? It's not a sex habit as u'd like to think but a selfish one indeed. A true sex addict must masterbate more than 3 times a day, have sexual inter**** more than once a day for EVERY day of the YEAR...it's more complicated than all this too...look up sex habits or sex addictions. It's possible to love lots of people at the same time. It's also possible to have a really strong sex drive...the 2 are totally unrelated. Sex and love are completely different things/emotions or whatever you wanna call them.
