Honestly they aren't mad. They love it. But girls have to keep up a reputation so they can't just fall into your lap or give it up right there because then they are considered sluts. They also like the chase. The more you chase the more they like it. Maybe you should just tone it down a bit.

This is like saying because someone is an idiot you have the right to smack them in the head. You may be tempted, but it doesn't give you the RIGHT.
Men are generally reluctant to believe that women dress mostly for themselves, not men. If I have a nice body and I think it looks good in a tight, low-cut top, then that gives me pleasure before I even walk out the door. It makes me feel confident and sexy.
And then I met some guy who has the arrogance to assume that I wore it just for his visual pleasure! That any display of sexuality (the way I dress, dance, or move) is a personal invitation to him. Face it, dude, just because a girl is pretty does NOT give any man the right to leer at her or make inappropriate comments to her, like she's his whore.
Think about your statement taken to extremes - if a woman walks into a room practically naked, is it reasonable to expect that a man could walk up and rape her? Do you treat a woman more politely if she shows less skin or is less attractive; if she were wrapped in a burqa would she suddenly be treated with respect? These are extreme, but the principle is the same.
It may be a blow to the male ego, but the fact is our behavior does not always revolve around you. Sorry, dude.

They like to tease or they just don't understand men. We get excited by the female form and revealing clothing. If they knew or cared, they'd probably dress a lot more conservatively. But because it gets them so much attention and girls crave attention, it works for them. If we didn't look or react, they'd try something else.

I agree some clothes are way too revealing which makes it impossible to look away, but making a comment about it won't make a girl fall head-over-heels for you. Look, but don't stare, and if you like that sort of girl, strike up a convo with her... that is not about her breasts. You can get to that later. Good luck!

For starter these females may think that they need to show what they are working with to gain interest from the opposite sex, why I don't know! In my opinion there's nothing to fantasize about if your seeing everything before hand! As for myself I considered "plus sized" by America's standards. My bras are a 38 DDD/F, I don't walk around with my breast hagging out. My rear large and shapely, and it is not hagging out neither! I think females that do this may not have the confidence to get involved with a guy without showing what they are working with!

because women don't dress for men, they dress for other women. a guy will respond to a woman with little or no help from sexy clothes. that's just the way men are. but to be noticed by other women is a far bigger compliment.

OK, women are entitle to wear what ever they want to wear without being harassed about it. The thing for guys to remember is that you can look all you want, people tend to cross the line when they allow words to flow from their mouth. I agree with you about they should not wear it if they did not want people to look and say, but you can look but not touch and say. Therefore, you can look and make your own personal comments but do not yell them that some one can hear you. If the female tells you to stop saying things to her about her body, please do because it can turn into sexual harassment. Knowing that it bothers you about females showing themselves by wearing tight, revealing clothing, this should make you seek someone who does not reveal their assets in a club/bar. Bottom line is look but do not speak.

i think some of them just want to pretend they aren't desperate to hook up or be looked at, or whatever, and when you say something it's like bursting their little fantasy land bubble... personally when i dress like that i want to be noticed!!!
