That's why they instruct you to wipe off the grout while it's still wet! Why didn't you heed this most basic instruction? You might try a plastic scrapper and see if you can "pop" the dried grout off the tile. Some say the use of a good penitrating oil can also help to loosen the grout on the tile, but you should seal the grout between the tiles before you try anything like this, or else the grout in between will absorb the oil and then you won't be able to seal.

The is this fantastic product called Ironout. It is the best thing ever. I have very hard water at my house and it works very well. Just mix some with water in a spray bottle. It is also great to clean stains off toilets and toss some in you whites!!

I am a houskeeper and CLR is a miracle worker! Also if you want to add shine afterwards mix clorox and water wipe around, and wash off....
Clorox cleanup could work to even if it is not white tile. it will get inbetween cracks

barkeepers friend, it's like soft scrub, just the next step up as far as grit. i use it on the plastic shower that we have and it should be fine for your tile. you can find it at the super market or a hardware store. good luck, hope it works for you too.

Pumice stone works well; it's what professional pool cleaners use to clean pool tile, and won't scratch.
