Leave a card on her car so when she leaves work, she gets a nice note. Depending on where she works, you could surprise her with something at work.

It's the little thoughtful things that are going to show her that you care about her. Leaving her notes that she will find throughout the day, having her favorite food or drink waiting for her when she wakes up, flowers waiting for her on her car or at work. You could add a raincheck note on something, because you want to spend time with her especially on Valentine's Day but it obviously isn't going to be able to happen that day, so celebrate it the next night or that weekend. You could get a movie that you know the both of you will like, leave it at her house with a note attached with a day, time, and place where the two of you will be able to watch it and maybe make dinner together.

Oh, I love teddy bears as gifts from guys. Every time I hold it I think of my BF. Try fitting in a meal. Cook for her! It doesn't matter what time of day it is, just make it romantic. If it absolutely cannot happen on Valentines day do it the day after or the day before and dedicate the day to her. Oh, if you get time.. Sink in and set up a romantic game. For example, leave a note for her at the door so when she gets home she'll read it tell her to follow the kisses and place Hershey kisses one by one leading her to clues then to a bouquet of flowers and a love letter!

give her a call and tell her that you would have liked to have done something for Valentine's Day with her, but due to the situation it makes things difficult. But, just let her know that you were thinking of her.
Send flowers and maybe give her a letter that tells her how you feel (if you are ready for that)
Otherwise a simple card, and flowers and teddy bear might be just right. It does show that you are thoughtful. But, if you are not dating you might not want to do to much!

Sen her flowers and chocolate. Call her as much as yoou can w/o annoying her. Also you can send her an e-card. Also try leaving something 4 her where she works, and when she walks in she'll see it. You can also spend time w/ her at your break or make plans to do something after her shift or b4 valentines day or after. Hope this helps
Have a gr8 valentines day. Good job 4 thinking ahead
:P God bless

Um, you're not dating, but you want to impress her....flowers might be okay, depends on your relationship....I guess you haven't known her that long if you're trying to impress her...I wouldn't even do the flowers man....to tell you the truth, the best idea might be to just ask if she wants to get a bite after her shift.
I think Valentines is a day for established relationships, and trying to get a relationship on Valentines is ackward....well for me anyways, anyone else agree or am I the only one?

Make it a point to give her a card acknowledging that she is on your mind that particular. Maybe give her a really cute "be my valentine card" you know the ones you gave when you were in elementary school. Then make it a piont to take her out for a nice evening the first day that you have off.

Why are you limiting you actions to only Valentine's day? Do something special for her on day other than a non-fabricated holiday when she isn't expecting it.
