70-90% of the time you feel hunger you are actually....thirsty! Drink water deary and lay off sodium...it makes you hold water weight!
Choose your snacks wisely. There is nothing wrong with eating often. It is actually suggested to eat every 3 hours. So package up small healthy snacks and go at it every 3 hours :)

I am guessing that the human body try's to store fuel for the winter by eating.
I don't have the answer to the eating thing for the wedding, just be happy w/your weight and look as beautiful as ever. Screw the weight police anyway.

In cold and/or dark places your body craves food in order to generate heat, this is why restaurants are always dark and cold. Get a lot of natural light and be sure to keep your body warm and the cravings will minimize. It really works.

Go and do something active instead. It'll warm you up, you can't eat while you're doing it, and it will help you lose/stop you gaining weight.
