Karna is the favourite character which i like in mahabharata.I like that person because though he is born
in a palace he does not get that respect and the love of his parents, that to of his mother, still then he becomes so matured and big in his thoughts that many children who do not get the love of their parents can learn from karna how to live even without the love and care of their parents,
by getting the love from the people who look after them.

Karna of course. He was personification of sacrifice, charity and friendship. A born Kshatriya. His father was none else than Lord Surya. But was brought up as a Charioteer's son, no fault of his. His goodness was used by others through out his life, His steadfast friendship with Duryodhana was exemplary. Even when he came to know the truth about his birth from his mother he gave his word of promise to her that he would not kill Arjuna and kept his words.Even in the end Lord Krishna approached him at the battlefield as a Brahmin and took away in the guise of charity, the effects of his Dharma which was shielding him. He died a martyr. None can equal Karna. If you read Mahabharata you will understand the greatness of this unusual person. I would consider Karna as one of the greatest charecter in our epics.

Karna is my favourite character, because of his destiny he remembered as Villain. But he is the real Hero of the Mahabharta, who even compelled the Shri Krishna (God) to forget his promise and take weapon, also compelled the Dharmaraja to Lie. What a generous fello he was who even knowing that the God Indra is cheating him, rendered his life protechtion just for Dharma. In my view he was the real Veer (not Arjuna), he was real Dharmaraja (not Youdhisthir) and he need a better place than Shrikrshna (the allmighty god).

I love Karna, the tragic hero.

He knows he is the son of Kunti, yet remains aloof from her and his brothers.

He fights on the side of Duriyodhan, yet could not fight with his full stregth, due to the vows he had given to his mother.

He is harrassed and ridiculed by the other princes who do not give him the honour due to a prince.

He knew that he has to die in the war; for he cannot on the winning side either way. He cannot see the victory of his friends on the graves of his brother and he cannot live to see his brothers rejoicing over Duriyodhan's death.

It is Arjuna, who was chosen by Lord Siri Hari, himself, through Arjuna Lord Krishna wanted to show the world that we are all "Arjuna's" in this world and we face the same problems like he did and we all have our indivisual wars to fight, and if we follow what was taught in the Gita, Siri Hari Narayan ji will always be with us.

I love Sri Krishna, because of his wisdom and unconditional love for his devotees.

Besides that, Draupadi is one of the most inspirational characters, and is a role model for her ability to withstand the most trying circumstances and come out on top.
