Spray tan.... it doesn't damage your skin.

Spray tans will not damage your skin at all. Tanning booths, whether they say they are low-intensity bulbs or whatever, damage the skin. It's not natural to subject your body to full-spectrum light, and the burns are horrible: Little red dotted rashes that itch and burn, most commonly occurring in tender areas where the sun don't shine (between the legs, under breasts, behind the ears, and the nape of the neck). Tanning booths will, however, produce a longer lasting tan and have been said to decrease the severity of dermatological ailments such as acne. If you're going for dermatological results, though, just spend more time outside: it's more natural.

Getting a spray tan is better for your skin but a tanning bed will give you a better looking tan. I like the tanning bed more. But its really a personal preference.

I think a tanning booth is the best, because sometimes the spray looks fake and it washes off easily.!

A spray tan is better for your skin as far as damage goes, but a tanning booth looks more real, but is really bad for you. Try loreal tanning gel, its good, you only use it sparingly, and wipe with littel moisturiser from eyebrows and dry spots like elbows, knees ect

spray tan is better because your not exposed to extra UV rays

although i do have friends who have had bad results (Turing Orange for a couple of hours to days) with spray tans... i think it all depends on how tan you want to get with a spray tan versing building a tan with a tanning bed

Both have side effects, though the spray is less threatening.

My issue with that is why don't you like your natural colour? Isn't it rather odd that you (and many others) want to get dark and dark skinned people (many, though they don't want to admit it) try bleaching their skin?

Those who have no melanin want and those who have an abundance don't.

What's with people, anyway?
