There is no set time, everybody takes a different amount of time to heal. Some people never fully get over it. I hope in your case that is not the case. Becuase of the length of your relationship give yourself at least a mont or two to greive over it, and then try to move on wether you feel like it or not. Start dating again, and try to enjoy life.

There is no set time. You just have to adjust to your new circumstances. After a while, you'll be better.
You'll go through the grieving stages (right now you sound like your either in "bargaining" or 'denial'), and when you get to the 'angry' stage, you'll know it's almost over.
When you wake up happy you are single and are in no hurry to find somebody else, you are better.
It could takes days, it could take weeks, it could take months. It could take even longer if you don't get on with your life.

Everyone varies in this situation.. the best way to get over one is to find someone else ..... Not necessarily to start a relationship with but to spend time with, talk and get your mind off of the negative that has just occurred in your life. Good Luck!!

You need to find someone new to love so you can forget the person who has hurt you. Once you accept it's over it will start getting easier. Go to a gym or something and get your body in tip top shape that will attract the opposite sex.

sure, it is common for some youngsters to be chatty. My daughter talked non-end at 3, and she or he nonetheless talks non-end at 9. i'm additionally an truly quiet individual, and it is particularly circumstances tiring to stay with somebody who likes to communicate lots. that's in user-friendly terms a style of changes you're making, nevertheless.

breaking up is never easy..it takes time, but everything heals with time. everyone is different..it can take awhile or you may be able to realize that it was the best thing for you. just live for yourself..go out with friends, go to clubs, movies etc.. and try not to sit around and think about it, it will just keep you down. i'm sure you'll be fine, good luck.

I think if you were really in love it will take as long as your heart needs, which could be years or months. When you meet someone else and you fall in love it will make it worth it though

even if you know the relatonship needs to be over, you may still mis the person becasue they were such a big part of your life for so long. you basically got used to having them around. you're bound to feel like you're missing a little something without them.
it doesn't neccassarily mean you still want to be with them but more you don't want to be withOUT them.
it's perfectly normal, just adjust to not having them aorund.
