Seeing as how after 3 years of war 3,000 have died, what makes you think that most of the ~20,000 we're sending over there will die? That doesn't make any sense, do you know how to do math?

Military experts like who? General Hillary? Admiral Pelosi?
There are military experts with all kinds of opinions. Do you know why? Because the outcome of a military operation is only known after the fact, not before. History doesn't repeat itself easily.
And if any expert compares Iraq to Vietnam, they're no expert.

what experts? Most "experts" I know are academics, no actual field experience, and they don't have any real clue about how the things really work.
Whats many? 10000? 15000? 10?

I have been listening to far left liberals and "experts" screaming "Vietnam" for the last 4 years, how about actually divining a realistic answer rather then far left lib biased rhetoric?

I think your over doing it. I think it will fail but hope I'm wrong. I would bet $100 at 50 -1 that it will fail and in less than 6 months we will be no better off in Iraq and many more Americans will be history.

"Military Experts"? That is kind of vague. I would pursue the surge because the US has to win in Iraq for our own safety and security!
