I think he is just spoiled rotten by his parents. Everything has been handed to him free of charge. He has not been successful in any venture he tried on his own. Nothing!
He has used Daddy Bush's name and power and influence to get anything he has ever gotten. Which is nothing until he managed to steal the election and be named president.
