Mathmatically the odds are astronomical that there is other life in the universe but no actual proof. There is little chance that this life could ever travel to earth because it would be much too far away.

You mean aliens from space, right?

The ancient Mayan culture, which rose in Central and South America after around 1000 B.C., made drawings of 'aliens' on caverns, and also some of the early architecture that they built. These drawings were of the big-headed, bulbousy-dark eyed and long-3 fingered concept of aliens that still persists to this day. Some aliens that they met featured prominently in their recorded religion, and at least one was revered as a god.

I do believe that some of this art-work must still persist to this day, in the ruins of their civilization. It's hard to find information about this particular subject, since if you search for aliens, you'll be bombarded by pages from conspiracy theorists and politicians.

Very interesting subject. Check it out.

The Reverend Chuck Missler seems to think so. He even uses convincing arguments that scripture supports the idea. The few sources he quotes, if you research them, are quite flimsy.

He "coincidentally" mentions about half way through his talk, "There's an election coming up!" He's very emphatic about that. I wonder what the connection is between aliens and an election.

I think it's an interesting "coincidence" the President has been trying to appeal to fear and paranoia since he got in. I wonder what the connection is between fear and politics.

People were convinced (by mealy-mouthed politicians) all through the 1950's to be afraid of the Russians. When the Iron Curtain of Communism came down, we found out the Russians didn't have jack.

Notice any connections?

No none at all. Everyone figures there must be life on other worlds but no proof. There's no proof that they do wheelies in our skies either.

No, there isn't. But since there is no proof that none exist, we continue to look for them.

There is no proof whatsoever but logic dictates that they must exist.
