If the vet gave you pain medication to give, make sure to stay on schedule with that. Also, while he does need his daily exercise, you don't want him moving around too vigorously. You may need to limit his running around.
If he lives with other rabbits, make sure to closely supervise his reintroduction. He doesn't smell like his old self now, he smells like the vet, and other rabbits might not be too sure about him.

Just keep him somewhere warm and quiet with water available until he wakes up properly.
