Who made the god? The answer is "Man" if you don't believe in an all powerful god.
The sky, air and water are made of of atoms and particles that appear here on earth.
Earth is most likely a ball of space particles that were pulled together by a common gravitational force.
Now, where all those particles came from is the million dollar (billion dollar?) question.

The One Who made Earth Sky and Air and Water Is GOD,
God is the FIRST of all and The LAST Nothing Before Nothing After, If You Read the "Holy Quraan" it's the God's Words in muslim's Religion You will Notice and Discover who made these and Why and How God made them and all of this is written right in the HOLY QURAAN before 1000 Years!!!

The idea that all these things were "made" is a human prejudice that comes from our experience with making things. There really is no evidence to support the idea that the universe and its contents were "made" in the sense that we make automobiles or omelets.
These things are imponderables in scientific terms, and must be taken as givens.
