What are the chances of this being overturned or changed or getting a new judge to rule different

Probably no chance. The judge is not bound to follow the plea agreement. He is the one with the final say on the sentence.

If your attorney was promised a concurrent sentencing, the District Attorney can place that offer made before the Judge, however, the Judge has the final sentencing judgment.

In my experience, if a Judge were to have done something wrong...your attorney would have already filed an appeal before the Appealette Court!

Best wishes!

In this country, deals are made all the time and deals are broken all the time. DAs & Lawyers (read greedy people) make a deal, but the judge doesn't have to implement it. It is not very nice, but that is the law. Your lawyer, should have seen that coming, however, maybe he did and if he keeps going back to court over and over for the same thing he makes more and more money. Ask yourself does he really care if the deal is upheld? He makes more on appeal. MONEY rules my friend, look around you.
