I don't believe there is a person on this planet that doesn't have "issues". It is how we perceive these issues and how we manage the way they affect our lives. That is when we consider "issues" to be a problem. Sometimes things happen to us, sometimes we can control or prevent these things...sometimes they are beyond our control. We are all products of our environments, we just have to figure out how we are going to let these things affect us so our "issues" are not controlling us. I have issues, many of them as a matter of fact. I hope these will never control me, I work very hard to control them! I can't let what happened in the past damage my future, so I am turning the bad things into positive things. Look at those things and determine how you DO NOT want to live your life. It is always a good starting point. Who knows, maybe you can help someone else with their issues by working on yours, let them learn from your experiences.

My parents divorced when I was 2. My mom married an abusive alcholic when I was around 11 and I watched him try to strangle her on our front porch. I got pregnant when I was 20, married a few months later to her father, divorced a year after she was born when he started having affairs.

Instead of going on - let's just say, YES, I have issues (especially trust issues). But life isn't fair and I've learned how to be happy. That's the most important thing!

Issues about the world, issues about one self. Issues is just a word that means things to do and things you don't want to do.

No or at least, not a lot. I don't care if my food touches...I don't have to eat at a specific time or place...don't have to have matching socks...don't care if my boyfriend wants to have a boys night out...don't care if he drinks the OJ out of the container...I don't care if he sees another attractive woman and mentions her butt or boobs...etc.

Issues stem from insecurity. If you are happy and secure those things don't matter. My issues? I love fresh sheets on the bed so I change mine often. I love the smell of coconuts and I love eating ice cream in my PJ's.

no because it doesn't make sense to have a lot of issues it only keep you down and cause you to be a more negative person.
