Yes that is normal for you aage. It is a part of the aging process. I would not worry about it ! there is no good or bad it just happens to everyone differently.

Thats why someone invented what we now call a fingernail clipper. Try it. It won't hurt.

umm... i dont know, do you get check ups? how long have they been this way? why is this question in this category? but my mom has long and hard fingernails (and toenails) but it is because she has diabetes
