Try Blue Cohosh extract, available at your health food store. It's a natural oxytocic. Take 0.5 to 1.0 ml, 3x daily. Usually works in 3-5 days.
If it turns out you have cysts, Red Root extract can shrink or even eleminate them.

PCOS is very common in women especially if you are overweight. But don't worry it is not something that can not be treated. Usually the doc can give you a medication called Depovera which can make you get your period within a few days. If you are overweight, many docs can recommend you to loose weight which can help regulate your period or put you on a short term medication called Metformin. Metformin is a medication prescribed for diabetic patients but it can also work to regulate periods in women with PCOS...Google Metformin and PCOS and you will see the research.

Do you have other symptoms of PCOS? If you are not gaining weight or noticing hair on your face, chances are you've been mis-diagnosed. Most women w/PCOS also experience diabetic or Hyperglycemia symptoms or hypoglycemia symptoms. If your only symptom is missed period, this sounds like a real jump to think PCOS.
Also, pickles, are you serious. No evidence to support that!

certainly pass. no longer in uncomplicated words is it astonishing so that you'll be able to pass over your era for 4 months, yet females might want to commence seeing a gynecologist at 18 or maybe as they commence sexual sex (whichever comes first). it would want to be overwhelming and scary in the starting up, in spite of the undeniable fact that this is truly no longer that undesirable. And this is lots a lot less scary than no longer understanding what's incorrect such as your body. i have been going to a midwife for the previous couple years and they truly understand a thanks to make you experience smooth bodily, emotionally and mentally.

too little body fat can do it too. I had runner friends in college who were so low on body fat they didn't have periods for months. It's not healthy to be that low on body fat for women.
