is it really about the rights of smokers or the right to not have the government too far in your personal life? should the government be allowed to tell business owners how to run their business as far as telling them who they can turn away or what their policy is?at one time it was acceptable to turn away blacks and women from some business.

we have no rights anymore. but as for all of you non-smokers, for all of the second hand smoke that you have had for free for years I figure you owe all of us 30 cartons a piece.

You have the right to smell bad.

You have the right to alienate your coworkers.

You have the right to ruin the paint and carpet in your apartment.

You have the right to stunt the growth of your children.

You have the right shorten your life and the lives of your loved ones.

You have the right to get lung cancer., and die a horrible death.

The right is considered conservative (Republicans)... Extremist Right Dictator: Pinochet. The left is considered liberal (Democracts).. Extremist Left Dictator: Castro.

They have all the same rights anyone else has. Just keep your smoke away from my personal lungs, IN PUBLIC. It can be construed as assault, in my eyes.
