I am 23 years old and I am not on any birth control right now. I have a hot date next weekend and my period is suppost to be coming,is there anyway I can postpone my period??

Going on birth control can delay it. Many women use this trick for their wedding/honeymoon. If you start taking the active pills now until the end of the weekend, you should be able to delay it. You may get a little spotting, but not enough for him to notice.
Also, if he's just a date and not someone you have an exclusive long term relationship with, you should use a condom too.

That's easy. You can be period free for 9 months. How about that. It's called being pregnant.
