How far along are you? Sometimes it's difficult to see the baby in your uterus even at 7 weeks. I'd give it a few weeks, then go back for another ultrasound. In the mean time, take good care of yourself... and try not to worry.

Regarding your first pregnancy, with my first pregnancy I had a miscarriage. At that time the doctor told me that it is very common to miscarry during your first pregnancy. I was worried that I would not be able to carry a baby. I did go on to be blessed with wonderful children.

Regarding this pregnancy, I know that waiting is the worst part and there is nothing worse than not knowing what is going on. It could really possibly be that the baby is still too tiny. Unfortunately now you just have to wait. I know how hard that is to wait. It seams like it is on your mind every second. I know the doctor can do blood work and see if you are pregnant as well.

I would call the doctor and insist on another utlrasound or some bloodwork. Keep nagging until you get results. Good Luck and Good Thoughts to you.

miscarrige is spelled miscarriage, pregnate is spelled pregnant, ultasound is spelled ultrasound, and I think you mean advice, not advise. My advice is to concentrate on finishing school and not worry so much about "desperately" trying to get pregnant. Your education, and your ability to provide for your child, not only financially, but having the ability to help them with their schoolwork should be your top concern. Obviously, you will love and care for your child. That is obvious in your writing, but I think you may be lacking some other necessities that you may need to be a great parent. I wish you the very best of luck!

I am so sorry to hear of your loss and your fear. I hope it simply is just too early. You may want to contact a support group in your area for people who've suffered miscarriage. I am sorry I do not have that info to give you. But the people in the group would want the opportunity to help you with coping strategies and to be able to walk with you through this discouraging time.

Sounds like what is called a blighted ovum...possibly.

Do you take prenatal vitamins religiously?

You ned to take them for a few months before attempting to get pregnant, then take one every day during your pregnancy.
This is very important. Also....do not diet. Eat all you can.

I would also get checked for hypothyroidism, and polycystic ovary syndrome.

People do have miscarriages. Don't worry about 2. Keep on trying!

The only thing you can do is wait it out. Don't give up hope. And if you are not pregnant or you do miscarry again, you may want to find another gyn that is willing to do a battery of tests to find out what is causing these problems and maybe they will have a solution.

I had a miscarriage and they told me the same thing. I would trust your doctor. If it is the same thing again just lean on your spouse, friends and family for support that is what I did. I hope everything turns out okay. Good luck.

i did a pg test before i ever missed a period, i was indeed pregnant, i am sorry for you loss, but try to stay relaxed and calm.do a test, because the tests these days can detect the pregnancy hormone very early. and if it is very early on, i wouldn't worry about not seeing anything quite yet. like i said , try to not stress yourself, because if you are pregnant. that's not good for you. i hope everything works in your favor. god bless

Look you may be pregnant or you may not be your just stressing yourself. Wait a while and see if you get bigger or have you already had morning sickness? Just go back in two weeks to see or take a home test.
