Has any one heard of the bartholmew gland and does it leak outward?

yes situated either side of vagina and yes they excrete outwards

yes. Try soap and water to kill the bacteria (and smell).

it's bartholin (spelling?) and it's what makes the ladies wet, not that you know what that is...
