PS3 was released in Japan on 11 November 06. And on 17 November 2006 in United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It will be released March 23, 2007 in Europe, Australia and Singapore. However for India, I'm not sure about it. I'm sorry.
PS3 cost JP¥49,980 in Japan. If covert into US dollar, that is $420.

I really don't think so because I believe that there are only released on Japan, Europe, China and USA.
