You might try getting off your butt and looking in the Yellow Pages under Pawn Shops. Call one and ask.

Does she want to Pawn it and then get it back?
If she'd rather sell it, I'd put an ad in the paper. Probably get more.
I imagine there are different laws by state. Of course, just take it to the Pawn shop and see what happens.

Probably nothing to pawn them. If she were to sell them she might have to show the chain of ownership. I'm not familiar with the requirements in Texas.

If she wants to get rid of them, then she can get more money selling them to a private person, or if she just wants to pawn for some quick cash, then she can, but she will need to get a clearance check done (background) to take them out of pawn.

I would call around to the pawn shops and find out. She may have to reregister the guns in her name. the bigger question is, why does she still have them?

Call the pawn shop ask them. Is that hard to do?

Look up any local gun shows and she can submit them to be sold there. You can also see if you can find any gun stores that would buy them. I would say that the best thing to do is to contact the local gun club and they can give you all the information about laws for selling the firearms.

You really should worry more about the fact that she could kill you with one and maybe get away with it :)
