You need to construct a human type figure out of straw and yarn. Then you need a lock of the persons hair to tie it to the doll's head. You need a personal possession of theirs. Something they treasure. Then you need some large stick pins... start slow like...stabbing his toes or something (assumes it's a "HIM")

ahhh,why u wanna know,it can be dangerouse.I did it once and regret it.in any case making one not all easy,sometimes best to just buy/get one from someone who messes with that kind stuff.
