What is a star child?

Question

Once, when I was a baby, a baby-sitter told my mom that I was a star child. My mom didn't ask any more questions about it. I recently found out about this and was wondering what a star child is. Anyone who could help, please do! Thanks.

Humans are going through an evolutionary leap. We as a species are evolving into fully conscious beings. Some people these days are being born with the abilities we will all eventually have.

The common term for this these days is Indigo children. Although they're not all children anymore, these people see the true motivations of folks, because they are so sensitive. You can't lie to them about your motivations and they have no patience with what they see as something obvious.

I know someone who is an "indigo" who is now an adult. Life has not been easy for her in this world.

Perhaps that is true for you as well, but take heart in the fact that sooner or later we will all catch up to you.

It's believed that in every generation there are children who "stand out" for their abilities. Several names have been given to these children, all based on the generations they were born in. Rainbow Children, Indigo Children, Star Children are just a few of the names. Star Children in particular were said to be wanderers from the Universe who come to Earth because of a longing to be "whole" (in a body) rather than spirit. They are gifted children who possess a great deal of knowledge. Most of the time they are dismissed because the knowledge they have is not knowledge they should have, meaning, how does a child know about genetic codes and the molecular make-up of asteroids. Most parents do not encourage their children to develop this knowledge and their gifts either fade or the child becomes frustrated and acts out.

There are several excellent books out there...just Google "Star Children" or any of the other "children" and you'll get some great resources.

My daughter is one too. A star child is a child that holds some ability,or capability. She or he is someone who will go though a lot in life. A lot of suffering and come out of it scared but shining with some kind of inner light. My daughter was born strangled (long story) and was dead for two minutes. When they revived her they told my husband and I not to expect her to live twenty four hours. When she did they told us to put her into an intuition because she would not be able to learn. My daughter has two college degrees and although her life has been difficult she has survived it well. She also has two gifts other might call sixth sense as well as an amazing creative talent.

Hi, my name is Nicole and I believe I am a star child, and have found this out telepathically through extraterrestrial beings who kept repeating it to me, and at that time I did not know what it was, until I looked it up, and found the characteristics and most of them totally match me, and I've known for some time now that I was somewhat gifted, like when I get to know someone I can see things about them, and I guess its a premonition in a way, I tent to know things before they happen, which has been going on since I was young. And like the one lady above said, it is hard being gifted, and I'm still learning to cope with it and being who I am. Its tough and yes I have severe anxiety that has grown inside me because I feel so different, I almost don't feel human, and I have that knowledge that is being talked about, that wasn't learned, it just came more affective as I aged. So I do know what your talking about. I've had numbers of experiences with extraterrestrial beings who have visited me, usually speaking to me telepathically, usually always in simple words as in sometimes just one word at a time and they would repeat it, sometimes its a couple words, but never complicated sentences... they knew I was some what scared and they respected that, I do believe it was the greys that communicated with me, which I also seen other beings but they chose to not manifest themselves to look 3rd dimensional, I could only see they're glowing eyes, that would glow red and white... and I've seen many ships hovering around and I did get some good pictures during this time that I was into my research that I was in full interest about, again I still remained somewhat scared, I didn't want them to take me, which I believe they did when I was a young child, about the age of 6...... But it has all came together slowly for me and I learned in my own time which has made a world of difference, but yes it is very hard for me to feel like I fit in, almost not human in ways.... I believe everything you are saying. It's all true. One thing I noted is that you said you have had a hard life. It's time you turn things around. You are not using your gifts to channel your gift energy in the right direction. Think positive always, never doubt, believe in yourself, believe that you will succeed. Anything you want, ask for it. anything that is going bad-denounce it. I want to see your future change for the better in the consciousness that you are now. Love, Peace, Harmony. I, too, Have been called a Star Child... I first heard this term when I left my first husband and was thinking of joining the Air Force in the Early 90's. I called a psychic hotline...Don't ask me why because I already knew my own answer to my question. This psychic told me that I was a Star Child and this was the first time I had ever heard that term before. In my Early 20's I had been called many things, but this was something I had always wondered about. I have Cherokee and Wyandot heritage and my Father was very proud to share his knowledge with me.
We are special beings many of us have special gifts that we were born with and have developed over time! I can speak for myself when I say that I can remember being able to hear the thoughts of others since I was a very young child. My older sister would often play games with me to test my abilities. I also knew when things were going to happen ahead of time. Let me list some more gifts.. Gift of Dreams(premonitions), Remote Viewing(almost like having a built in camera in my brain or like a GPS of sorts), Extreme Charisma( causes a lot of anxiety because you are constantly self aware; because others watch you, notice you always!), Visions( flashes of images while conscience that can tell you the answers to questions of people places an things...I call this tapping in), Wise beyond your years ( I mean not the kind of wisdom that is taught or learned but a knowing of many things..This often makes you feel alone because you feel like if you try an share what you are thinking or what you know to be true about a subject, Some people just simply don't understand its like you are speaking another language and this can cause alienation from others.. Silence Does become Golden..Be careful who you choose to share your knowledge with) I have multiple talents as I am sure you do as well. I can paint, photographic and photogenic memory, I write (since I was very young), I sing ( perfect pitch) I play Music By Ear ( my own music on piano) I basically can remember being in the 5th grade and being able to do my homework listen to the television, the Radio (music), the conversation in the other room word for word.Extreme.Multiple Tasking. Anything you touch can turn to gold..you can do anything if you put your mind to it!
But I would say if I am to give any advice to you my young friend it would be to Always follow your Intuition! It is your inner voice that guides you thru this life! Listen to it Revere It Guard it with all your being learn not to second guess yourself it is your protector and will keep you safe it is the very essence of your being it is the light that lives inside of you and no matter what you might go thru never let anyone steal this light.
I am 44 years old now and I have had a hard life have had to learn the hard way on many things that were and were not my fault! Being gifted is not easy ! It is often heartbreaking at times. It is knowing things that sometimes you wish you didn't! It is coming across jealous hurtful people who want to steal your light from within. Soul Suckers..Energy Vampires! You have to learn to put it all into perspective and to adjust and if you are lucky you can even learn to control these wondrous gifts to your advantage.
Our mission is not to brag or to be superior to others..I have come to learn it is quite the opposite. Our mission is to understand the Human Condition; to be Ambassadors Of Light, Love,Compassion Life and Knowledge; to make this world a better place to live in.. (for the Human Race.) Paul Stanley was called "Star Child."... not what she was referring to.. just an FYI there. A "Star Child" is a child that stands above the rest. Stands out in a crowd. Has some particular talent that sets them apart.
