This is the first time I saw this listing on Disc Cleanup. I've got 10,235 of these files and would gain a big 32 KB disc space if I cleaned up.

Any files that are listed as 'temporary' or within a 'temp' directory should be safe to delete.

If you open your RCD, then go to the options button, you'll see a tab that says "local resources". From here, you can share out your HDDs, as well as Optical drives. IF there isn't anything preventing you from bringing your files over, this should be all you need. However, if you're in a corporate setting, there may be rules in place that the PCs are set to, that will not allow you to do this. Also, there have been issues with different versions of RDC, and even if RDC was a post install, that will not work fully with other PCs, and won't allow you to get your files over. You're best bet is to either use a jump drive, or to share out the folder, set the permissions, then access the PC to get the files over that way. Or simply put the files up on a server somewhere, then suck them down. Good luck!
