Yes. If Hilary Clinton is elected to be president, Bill Clinton would be the male equivalent title of the First Lady. I think the press will given him a title.
His agenda will be the same as it is now. He will just operate out of the White House.

Don't know what his title would/should be but it won't be first lady. Give the Ladies a break here. She won't listen to him if he whispers anything to her. She never has & I don't think she will start now. Yep, He'll figure it's ok to go after interns or anyone he likes since he's not the Pres. anymore. Let's just hope & pray they do NOT return to the Whitehouse.

the first woman, and probable the first Gentleman, isn't a authorities position, that's an honorary call. There aren't any offical duties, and the in user-friendly words "requirement" is being married to the President because different preparations have not been "examined" yet... ;->
