Do you mean what tracks have Paul's best bass lines?
Day Tripper's always been one of my faves, but also virtually anything from Abbey Road, where they'd really got the recordings down to a fine art. I Want You She's So Heavy in particular has some amazing bass work.

Come Together has got a great and prominent bass line but I don't think it displays McCartney's ability best. Being the in the early days of stereo, a lot of Beatles tunes have bass and drums on one speaker and guitar/piano on the other eg: Paperback Writer or Lady Madonna is a good one for this (bass on right speaker)

I would suggest 'Something' as you can hear the bass quite clearly.

I like "Paperback Writer". They're all pretty good examples, really.
