Yes, or else your grade will go down, I had to turn in a science fair project today and was asking my self the same question , so if it only goes down by a few points, give it in on Monday better to have a 90% then to have a 50% , right?

I used to get nervous over so many things, what my therapist said was to..
Breathe in (as you do so, not so much of a deep breath, and count with a steady beat 1 - 2 - 3)
hold it (keep the steady beat, don't speed up, 1 - 2 - 3)
Breathe out (keeping the steady be, 1 - 2 - 3)
hold it (keep the steady beat, 1 - 2 - 3)
and repeat that for two or three times.
It works a lot, remember, as your counting your still taking your breath, and when you breathe out, you keep letting are out while counting all the way to three. Don't do big deep breaths, take normal breaths.
Hopefully that helps, it helped me a lot.

If you really think you did that badly, ask the teacher how much you lose per day of not handing it in and consider it. Uusally it is 5% a day (so 10% over the weekend). If you are going to fail now, you might as well keep it and improve your grade!
Also, if you are just nervous in general, take deep breaths, hand it in asap and know it is done with and over. You can't change it and you tried your best.

Do you like warm or hot green tea. Try that it just might help you relax some. You don't want to worry to much about it so try drinking something tat might help you relax and take your mind off of it.
