Breathe!

Seriously, I am a very high strung person, and learning a few breathing exercises has seriously calmed me down. You can find several guides on the Internet. Any of them work. The idea is to slow down your body processes.

By means of relaxation. There are so many things you can do to relax. Therapeutic massage helps most of the time. Maybe read a book. Listen to calming music. Take a walk in the park. Excercise. Play a game. Clear your mind of any distractions and stress. Remove yourself from stressful environments. You have to find out what works for you.
