Personal I would already have the Bon Jovi CD..... so....
1. Grab someone of your choice... (a neighbour perhaps..)
2. Put the silly hat on them .... and light with the candle...
3. Give them the silly straw and get them to dance around to try and blow the flames out on their head! hehe
4. Put the Bon Jovi CD (torture for some) .... leave the candle at their feet....
go grab a camcorder ... make the person dance! and send to You Tube!

the manatee story continues
when manatee returned home after listening to his bon jovi cd while jogging he came home to find a lit candle and a womanatee waiting for him....there was dinner made and after dinner the two manatees drank wine from a silly straw together....
later it got all freaky when manatee put on a funny hat.

cd- maybe give it away if anyone will take it
candle- scare my dog he hates candles
straw- drink something
hat- give to a friend tell her to have fun
