Basically he cant tell he needs to go to the toilet, he will probably have bags fitted.
He can have sex, usually using some kind of device or implant to help him have an erection.
For fathering kids yes unless he has some damage in that area. Even if it is through IVF just cos he is paralysed his sperm wouldnt be damage

unfortunately he won't know he needs to go to the loo he will probably have a catheter and he may also have a colostomy too. He would probably be able to have sex and father a child although he may need some help to get an erection.

he has to have a catheter and he can't have sex as his penis can't get erected at all but if his sperms are not damaged you can just take those and do IVF.
