I think its important to try your hardest at everything you do, and by doing this you may give some people more than they expect, you may even surprise yourself, but if you give enough people more than they expect with a smile on your face, next time they need something done they'll call on you. Its a good way to get promotions, or grow in relationships.

i do things for others cheerfully that makes it more special. but if the expectation is too high, i give my best shot, pressured though but with a cheerful heart still.

I try, I give my best effort at work, to others and myself. Cheerfully? well, I do what I can.

I think that unconsciously I do. But it has to do more with the fact that I'm not an assertive person. I can't say no to people that easily. So I end up doing stuff That I shouldn't do. Anyways, I learn a lot when helping others...

I try to treat everyone like I want to be treated. Sometimes this gets me in trouble. I am from the south so I try to use that southern hospitality.
