1/10^(32/10)

10^(32/10) = 1585 times as loud during the party than after.

1/1585 times as loud after the party than compared to during

for 5 times decrease in intensity the loudness decreases by 1Db
so if loudness decreases by 32Db then intensity decreases by 160 times.

You have relative decibels

db = 10 log (I(b)/I(e)) wher I(b) intensity at beginning and I(e) intensity at end

difference of decibels = 67-35 =32

so 32 = 10 log (I(b)/I(e)) and

log (I(b)/I(e)) = 3.2

I(b)/I(e)= 10^3.2 = 1584
